HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE A SIGN POSTED?
The fee for service in Zone 1 (see map) is $42.00. The fee for outside Zone 1 varies (see map).
WHAT DOES THE FEE PAY FOR?
The fee pays for putting the sign up, fixing it for any reason while it is up, and taking it down.
HOW LONG IS THE FEE GOOD FOR?
The fee is for 3 months. After 3 months if the address still shows on inventory, REAL ESIGN will automatically go to the address. If the sign is not up we will try to find it. If the sign is still up, we will refurbish it, giving it a newly listed look and charge half the original fee to cover the next 3 months.
HOW FAST WILL THE SIGN BE UP?
If the order is called in before 11am the sign will be up by the end of the next posting day. Posting days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Allow an additional day for zones 3 & 4. (See map).
If the order is called in after 11am the sign will probably be up by the end of the next posting day but allow an additional day due to peak listing periods throughout the year.
HOW FAST WILL SIGNS BE FIXED OR REMOVED?
Generally the same as putting the sign up, but realizing the importance of advertising I may bump a repair or removal to the next day to be sure all signs are up in the time specified above.
WHERE CAN SIGNS BE PLACED?
Signs can be placed on private property only. City, County and State regulations prohibit all sign placement. Permission from landowner is agent's responsibility.
